What is a Group Membership?
Group memberships are a great way to support BIPOC in your community by gifting or discounting individual memberships in DRUUMM. These can be offered automatically to BIPOC in your congregation or community, supporting their connection with our BIPOC ministry and programs. DRUUMM offers a group membership for congregations and organizations that provides a bundle of up to 20 individual memberships. For group memberships in the so-called West (i.e. North American, Europe), the cost is $300 USD. For groups in the Global South the cost is $15 USD. What are the responsibilities of the Group Administrator?
Group administrators are the primary point of contact for a group membership who are given access to add, modify and remove members. You will be provided with a username and password to access our member portal. To view and edit your group membership list, log in here at druumm.wildapricot.org. Click on “View Profile” Scroll down to “Bundle Summary” and click on “Add Member” Enter the contact information for the new member. The new member and group administrator will receive a confirmation and password to access the member portal. My congregation or organization paid for a Group Membership and I’m the new group administrator. How can I get set up?
Please update us by emailing [email protected] with the name of your congregation or organization and your role as group administrator. We will get back to you as soon as possible and add you as group administrator. You will receive a password to access our member portal where you can add, modify and remove members from your group.
Existing members becoming group administrators
If you are an existing member and wish to become a group administrator, please contact us at [email protected] with a request and we will update your membership record with the group member privileges. Please let us know if you are creating a new group membership or taking over a group administrator role. If this is for new group memberships, we will create the new group membership and generate an invoice to be sent to you.
