DRUUMM is composed of a mosiac of culturally specific and multiracial communities where members co-create programs and activities that serve their interests and needs. We encourage our members to form caucuses and groups and will do our best to support with guidances from our leadership. Occasionally DRUUMM may have modest funds available from our member dues to support specific events. Learn more about our current caucuses and reach out if you are interested in forming a new one.

DRUUMM organizes a major Spring and Fall caucus each year, generally on a Saturday for three hours bringing together members from across North America and around the world. These caucus events are have averaged 50 to 80 members and BIPOC friends, and are age appropriate for youth and older. Spring and Fall caucuses typically include a worship, a formal program activity, and small groups. These are great ways to connect and feel the power and beauty of our larger DRUUMM community.

Several times a year, DRUUMM will host local gatherings with members and religious professionals of color in regions around North America. Look for upcoming gatherings on our events calendar. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in hosting a gathering in your congregation or community. These in-person or hybrid events usually include a shared meal and may also have opportunities for children.
